The session will open with a brief introduction to AGA's presence and capabilities across the Latin American and Caribbean region, before practitioners from Madrona Advogados (Brazil), Albagli Zaliasnik (Chile) and Peña Mancero Abogados (Colombia) give a first-hand account of what effective ethics and compliance looks like in their markets: the legislative frameworks, current enforcement priorities, and the gaps most commonly seen in companies operating across these jurisdictions.

The discussion will be moderated by a senior in-house compliance professional from one of Latin America's leading companies, ensuring the conversation stays grounded in what genuinely matters to the businesses operating in these markets.

This is the first in a series of online sessions focused on doing business across Latin America and the Caribbean. Whether you are a client, in-house counsel or a professional adviser, the conversation is designed to be accessible, practical and directly relevant to the markets you work in.
