Fábio Rosas Joins Madrona Advogados as Partner in its Restructuring and Insolvency Practice

This appointment strengthens the firm's capabilities in corporate restructuring, insolvency matters and business dispute resolution.

With more than three decades of experience dedicated to corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, Fábio has built a distinguished career advising on judicial and out-of-court restructurings, distressed M&A transactions, corporate mediation and multijurisdictional negotiations involving major business groups, creditors, and domestic and international investors across a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining Madrona, Fábio spent many years as a restructuring and insolvency partner at leading Brazilian law firms, where he developed a strong track record in highly complex corporate transactions, cross-border negotiations and landmark restructuring matters in the Brazilian market.

Recognized by international legal directories such as Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500, Fábio also serves on the Board of Directors of the International Insolvency Institute (III) and its Latin America Committee. In addition, he is a member of LATAMAC (Latin America Advisory Council) of INSOL International and serves on the Board of Directors of TMA Brasil. He has authored numerous technical articles on judicial reorganization and corporate insolvency, published both in Brazil and abroad. He holds a master’s degree in Philosophy and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Law at PUC-SP.
